I am starting to zone out and think about when I can finally get out of this stupid mental hospital. Although lunch doesn't sound amazing I do get to see some of my friends there so that's nice I guess. I don't eat though well obviously it's a serious issue that's effected me and everyone around me. I believe that if I eat something bad then I am bad I don't want to eat but I don't want my brother to see my like this I'm supposed to be strong for him and I feel like I've let him down.
I ended up staying in the hospital for about 2 months until I realized that I need to get better for my brother, for my mom, for my dad. This is a serious issue and it needs to get better I don't want to continue living like this I want to be happy and live a good life. I don't want to constantly look in the mirror and be upset.
They finally released me from the hospital and at home I help my mom cook dinner and I even eat some of it. A few months go by and I'm eating all 3 meals everyday and I'm feeling happier and stronger. I still visit my doctor's every now and then and thank them for everything they did for me.
